ABSTRACT
O presente artigo discorre sobre a temporalidade de nossa sociedade atual, fortemente pautada por Chronos, deus que diferencia dia e noite e confere estabilidade, mas que se converte em vigia e classificador da experiência do viver. Aponta como a pandemia tem representado um corte em tal temporalidade e provocado, entre outros efeitos, o confronto entre o tempo de Chronos e de Kairós. Discute como esse confronto se apresenta como possibilidade de contato com o "melhor instante" da experiência, em que a produção de sentido se dá, e como o setting analítico tem sido impactado por ele. Conclui que a reinvenção do setting nesse momento tem como eixo fundamental a confiabilidade construída na experiência entre paciente e analista, recurso que, por definição, assegura que os cacos resultantes do confronto possam ser objeto de partilha e restauração na experiência analítica.
This article discusses the temporality of our current society, strongly regulated by Chronos, the god who distinguishes day from night and gives stability, but who turns into a sentinel and classifier of the experience of living. It points out how the pandemic has represented a cut in such temporality and provoked, among other effects, the confrontation between the time of Chronos and that of Kairos. It debates how this confrontation is presented as the possibility of contact with the "best moment" of the experience, in which the production of meaning occurs, and how the analytical setting has been impacted by this. It concludes that the reinvention of setting at this moment has as its fundamental axis the state of trust constructed in the experience between patient and analyst, a resource which, by definition, ensures that the fragments remaining after the confrontation can be an object of sharing and restoration in the analytical experience.
Este artículo analiza la temporalidad de nuestra sociedad actual, fuertemente guiada por Chronos, el dios que diferencia día y noche y le da estabilidad, pero que se convierte en vigilante y clasificador de la experiencia de vivir. Señala cómo la pandemia ha representado una ruptura en la temporalidad y ha provocado, entre otros efectos, una confrontación entre el tiempo de Chronos y el de Kairós. Plantea cómo esta confrontación se presenta como posibilidad de contacto con el "mejor instante" de la experiencia - en la que la producción de sentido ocurre - y de qué modo afecta el setting analítico. Concluye que la reinvención del setting en este momento tiene como eje fundamental la confiabilidad construida en la experiencia entre paciente y analista, cuyo recurso, por definición, asegura que los fragmentos resultantes de la confrontación se puedan compartir y restaurar en la experiencia analítica.
Cet article traite de la temporalité de notre société actuelle, fermement guidée par Chronos, un dieu qui fait la différence entre le jour et la nuit et nous donne de la stabilité, mais qui se couvre comme gardien et classe l'expérience de vivre. Cet article montre encore comment la pandémie représente une coupure dans une telle temporalité et provoque, parmi d'autres effets, la confrontation entre l'époque de Chronos et celle de Kairós. Il examine également comment cette confrontation se présente comme une possibilité de contact avec « le meilleur moment ¼ de l'expérience, dans laquelle se produit la production de sens, et comment le setting analytique en a été impacté. Il conclut que la réinvention du setting en ce moment a comme axe fondamental la fiabilité construite dans l'expérience entre patient et analyste, une ressource qui, par définition, assure que les éclats résultant de la confrontation puissent être l'objet de partage et de restauration dans l'expérience analytique.

Objective To study the quality of life(QOL) of patients with mild to moderate primary hypertension after treatment adjusted medication time by ambulatory blood pressure .Methods All 128 cases were divided into two groups randomly including chronos medication group and normal medication group .We tested ambulatory blood pressure ,QOL and influencing factors before medication and 6 months later .Results It′s observed the parameters of the ambulatory blood pressure improved significantly in all of the groups .There existed significant difference in nSBP ,nDBP ,nMAP ,SBP in dangerous night time ,and nocturnal blood pres‐sure decline rate between two groups (P<0 .05) .There existed very significant difference in DBP and MAP in dangerous night time (P<0 .01) .There were significant difference in the fields of MH (mental health) and RE (role limitation because of emotional health problem) (P<0 .05) ,and very significant difference in the fields of PF (physical functioning) ,RP (role limitation because of physical health) ,VT(vitality) (P<0 .01) .Multiple regression analysis indicate the influencing factors of the quality of life about patients with hypertension are age ,BMI index number ,medication time ,average family income ,medical insurance type ,culture de‐gree and job title .Age ,BMI index number and medication time depress QOL of patient with hypertension while average family in‐come ,better medical insurance type ,culture degree and job title improve it .Conclusion It′s possible to improved the parameters of the ambulatory blood pressure for patients with mild to moderate primary hypertension by chronos medication compared with nor‐mal medication more significantly .It′s useful to improve the QOL of patient with hypertension by improving average family income , medical insurance type and culture degree .

A leitura dos recortes de jornais analisados nos trouxe à lembrança o pequeno livro O Papalagui. O livrinho traz as muitas reflexões de Tuiávii, dentre as quais aquelas sobre o modo pelo qual o "branco" (o Papalagui) lida com o tempo. Os comentários do chefe de Tiavéa acusam a preocupação "ocidental" com o tempo, como uma espécie de compulsão e de urgência, quando não de loucura: o tempo é dividido, demarcado, contado, reificado, usado; de fato, Tuiávii faz uma distinção entre o usufruir do tempo e o usar o tempo num sentido utilitário.
The reading of newspaper clippings analyzed brought to our mind the small book The Papalagui. The book includes the many reflections of Tuiavii, among which there are those on the way in which the "white" (the Papalagui) deals with time. The comments from the Tiavea chief accuse "western" concern with time as a kind of compulsion and urgency, if not madness: the time is divided, marked, counted, objectified, used actually. Tuiavii distinguishes between enjoying time and using time in a utilitarian sense.
